Administration Modules
Administration modules increase the functionality of the Core module enhancing web publishing capabilities.
Advanced Workflow
The advanced workflow module extends workflow functionality so multiple stages can be defined in an authorisation cycle. Steps can be added to a work flow object and each step can be assigned multiple users. Once created workflow objects are assigned to sections or pages within a site.
User Tagging
User tagging is similar to tagging sites such as Delicious. Users can define their own tags to apply to pages. User tagging allows the target audience to rate content and effectively build user generated navigation for the site, this also allows for a tag cloud to be displayed with the more popular tags shown in greater font weights.
Active Directory Integration
The active directory license enables out of the box active directory authorisation on login. The module enables linking of Grouptree CMS groups to operational directories. New users are added to the Grouptree groups when users are added to the AD.
Review Dates
The review dates module provides designated administrators with a facility to schedule and monitor page reviewing across the site. Pages can be assigned to a particular user and review dates set, once the review date
approaches emails are automatically generated alerting the user and administrator. The module encourages regular updating and improvement to a site.
RSS Manager
The RSS manger enables administrators to select external RSS feeds to be used on the web site as well as manage RSS feeds for external consumption. Using the RSS facility administrators can tag pages and start syndicating content from the web site.
