Marketing Modules
Marketing modules improve customer communications and enable effective online marketing. These modules are used to drive site traffic and cut the costs associated with providing up to the minute information to a target audience.
Email Alerts
Subscribed users are sent automated emails alerting them to areas of interest such as vacancies or news articles. Subscriptions are typically gathered via a form on the web site or imported from 3rd party applications. Administrators can manage subscriber lists to add, remove or edit subscriber details.
Events
The events module provides a tool to generate, manage and present event data across areas of the site. Events can be presented on a time or category bases and a keywords can be assigned to help users find events. Events are typically listed in chronological order and archived once the event date has passed.
Enquiry Manager
The enquiries module is used to collect and manage enquiries that are received either via forms on the web site or email. The enquiries module can be configured so enquiries are automatically assigned to specific groups or individuals depending on the subject, alternatively enquiries can be assigned by an administrator.
A reporting tool provides valuable data on responses to enquiries. Data includes information on the performance of enquiry responses as well as the nature of enquiries received. All enquiries are saved, providing a valuable knowledge database that can be used in helping to improve customer service.
Mail-Shot Manager
A flexible subscription-based solution; the mail shot manager generates HTML and plain text emails and is a great way to interact with your audience, collect valuable data and encourage more visits to your site. Subscribers can be collected from existing data systems as well as from forms on the website which offer visitors the opportunity to subscribe.
Mail shots are created using the WYSIWYG editor and administrators can insert images, tables and hyperlinks in the same manner as standard managed web pages.
