Our shared hosting service is a low cost high availability solution where web sites and web applications reside on a secure server cluster. All Grouptree hosting environments are load-balanced over multiple servers and have multiple redundancy systems in place. Redundancy options eliminate potential points of failure and ensure minimal risk of disruption to the service. Dedicated server solutions can be provided for clients who require greater storage and server performance.

Service Level Agreement

Our High Availability Environment is designed to meet a server up time of 99.8% (17.5 hours downtime / annum and an administration application up time of 98.8% excluding scheduled maintenance and software upgrades.

Downtime responses

Downtime is reported through the 24 x 7 monitoring system in place. Monitoring systems automatically notify listed staff.

Monitoring

To ensure service levels are met the hosting environment is subject to a host of monitoring systems both internal and external. Servers are monitored internally for a range of errors and anomalous activities.

Location

Our chosen partner for Hosting is Qube; they use only the very best carrier neutral facilities available and currently operate two data centres in London. Their primary facility comprises over 400 square metres of space within the new Level (3) Communications collocation centre in Angel, London. This state of the art facility terminates 1.28 Terabits of trans-Atlantic capacity, including over 60Gbps of IP bandwidth. The environment is highly secure and under constant video surveillance.
