Customers automatically receive an email specifying their order number details. The order management facility is used to generate further emails informing customers of their order status, (e.g. in progress, on hold, cancelled, dispatched).

A stock count tool hides stock items from the website, and if necessary alerts an administrator to the situation, when stock becomes available it can be switched on again effortlessly.
