National Car Parks
National Car Parks (NCP) provide a range of services including car park management, airport parking, and consultancy for the design, build and maintenance of car parks. The website is run on Grouptree CMS and is integrated with booking, e-commerce and mapping systems.
Grouptree were appointed to implement a comprehensive content-managed site to allow full internal management and supervision of the site. The system needed to deliver a working solution for a business with an extremely diverse and changeable portfolio of services orientated around its core business.
The site needed to integrate seamlessly with a variety of external systems in order to handle ecommerce applications such as airport parking and season tickets, along with Oracle and XML integration which was required for the application of mapping services for the "car park finder" function.
The site itself handles in excess of £5m of transactional revenue per year and has over 350,000 unique visitors. The system delivered had to be fully supported and resilient to ensure the highest levels of customer service, speed of response, and the utmost security for the business.
The Grouptree CMS offers a comprehensive range of functionality, allowing NCP to add, remove and amend sections and pages. The system is fully implemented on a high-security clustered server and integrated with multiple external agencies and services.
Grouptree have been working successfully with NCP for nearly 5 years.
