Activity Logs

Activity logs are displayed within a folder structure and presented ‘By action’ and ‘By user’. The ‘By action’ folder lists different activities performed on pages, libraries, documents, etc. The ‘By users’ folder lists the users and selecting one of them provides an activity log for that particular administrator.

Activity logs provide a method of sorting concise information, flexible reporting is available to provide detail on specific areas.

Page Versioning

Each time a page is edited and published an archived version is stored within the system. The administrator is able to roll back to an archived version providing a valuable audit trail of how a site changes over time.

Service Request

The service request module provides a fast way of communicating any suggestions or support issues, images and documents can be attached to a service request. Regular customer feedback from users benefits all our client’s through improvements and upgrades.

Review Dates

The review dates module provides administrators with a facility to schedule and monitor page reviews. Administrators are alerted to review dates via the user desktop. Reports track the reviewing and are used to display future reviews, successful reviews and uncompleted reviews. The module encourages regular updating and improvement to a site.

Last Updated

Each page of a website can display a date stamp indicating the last date that the page was updated. There is a manual override facility so administrators can change the last updated stamp without editing any page content.
