M&S needed a way to communicate with their supplier base to ensure compliance with quality standards, as well as a means of updating them on regulatory changes.

Grouptree implemented the design and development of an easy-to-use platform that draws on familiar social networking user experience.
This platform applied complex tagging logic to speak to different supplier audiences, ensuring that users had a personalised experience. This ensured that M&S could target their messaging to appropriate contacts across general merchandise, food, property and farming.
The Grouptree CMS that powers the Supplier Exchange is used by different departments across M&S, enabling admin users to readily update supplier information and bulk-send email communications.
