Grouptree can advise on appropriate technologies and best practice, and can also assist with the integration with legacy systems and combinations of different technologies and data sources.

Grouptree's consultancy service is based on a three-stage approach:

Discovery

Where we engage with our clients in detailed discussions in order to fully understand their requirements and the business processed which underpin them.

Specification

Where we use the understanding gained in the discovery sessions to create a functional specification for the client's approval.

Implementation

Where we carry out development work as agreed in the functional specification, and implement it on the live server.
