Specialist modules meet requirements such as research, recruitment and asset management. Vacancies

A specialist module designed to facilitate recruitment via the site. Administrators can publish vacancies to an area of the site and allow visitors to search for, find and apply for jobs directly helping to streamline the recruitment process.

Questionnaire Module

Conduct Online surveys with GTquestionnaire whether from across departments or from external companies such as suppliers and customers.

The questionnaire module provides a valuable information research tool. The module is used to create and publish questionnaires, either to a public facing page or to targeted companies and individuals using secure password protected pages.

The questionnaire builder handles multiple languages and uses an automated numbering system to ensure that when questions are added or removed the numbering remains sequential. Administrators can set questions to be mandatory and set specify parameters for answers to avoid errors. Answers can be picked from a drop down list, typed into a text field, be numeric, a date, or a range of dates or numbers.

Formulas can be created that calculate values based on answers provided to previous questions, this helps to avoid human error and saves time through automating answers that can be given as a result of existing data. A good example would be a staff to turnover ratio question, if answers have been provided for turnover and number of staff the questionnaire system will automatically calculate the ratio through the answer being entered as a formula (turnover/number of staff.)

A help facility allows administrators to create help text to provide guidance on how a question should be answered. The results of questionnaires can be compared to previous questions and all data can be exported to excel format for further analysis.

Asset Manager

The asset management tool is designed to make use of templates, text, graphics and associated downloadable files which can all be incorporated into an ‘element’ to be made use of within the website.

The administrator can create/edit/delete and file assets from within the asset manager. The administrator can then place these assets or set of assets on a page using the WYSIWYG editor. This ensures ease of use and consistent look and feel amongst your assets.

Typical uses for the asset manager would include distributing artwork via a brand specifications website.

Multi-Language Module

The Multi-language module enables easy management of any number of languages. Different language versions of the site can be managed using the same processes. There is a built in Multi Language search capability and Non-Cyrillic text is supported.
