We resolve or escalate issues immediately, ensuring fast resolution. Our support team is aided by 24 x 7 monitoring systems, which alert staff as problems occur and assist in tracking them until they have been resolved.

A service request module gives clients a direct line of communication to our support and development teams. This helps in identifying any problems and provides valuable feedback and user recommendations.
